Payment
Payment is accepted by cash and credit or debit card, we no longer accept cheques.
Cancellation
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and cancellation causes loss to small establishments. We recommend holiday insurance for your own peace of mind. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of your arrival and we are unable to re-let the room, we may
have to charge 50% of the booking. We reserve the right to charge the full amount due in the event of a late cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date where we are unable to re-let the room(s), or due to a no show.
Check-in times
Check in is between 4pm and 6pm and check out by 10.00am on your day
of departure.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm and note that
we are normally unable to
accept arrivals after 9pm.
Evening Meals
Evening meals are not usually provided as we are so near the excellent pubs and eating places in Bishop's Castle.
Packed Lunches
Packed lunches are available by ordering in advance from ₤6 per person.
Fire Regulations
Magnolia has been inspected by Shropshire Fire Service and is fully
compliant with current regulations.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests Magnolia is non
smoking throughout and we do not accept pets.
We welcome children over the age of 14 years.
Access
Parking is on the level, with three small steps to the
entrance. The breakfast room is on the ground floor. All our bedrooms
are on the first floor so we are unable to accommodate guests who
cannot manage stairs. If you have any other requests or queries please
